I'm not as worried because Golesh seems to drink the Kool aid about believing in helping these kids have better lives and that it is important to being a coach.
How hard you can be on someone often is correlated with how much you care about them. You can ask a lot of people, even kids, when they believe you have their back and their best interest in mind

From recruiting recognition standpoint though, Sumrall and Golesh are in the same category of "who the frick are they?"
But that shite doesn't matter if our NIL writes the biggest check. No recruit will care who the coach is if they get their bag and the coach isn't a complete dipshit
