I didn't complain about this future film at all, I commented on your made-up maga threads about an innocuous movie scene. And this post is just more gatekeeping on your part anyway. In the second one they say the south was bad and the civil war was over slavery

1. The point of the movie wasn't that at all, it didn't feel like a bludgeon, or preachy. It didn't make an aggressive moral perspective on that point, it was just a perspective. And it left modern southerners out of its critique.
2. National Treasure was it's own thing, creating its own thing. It wasn't shifting modern politics into some remake or different version of a thing that existed.
3. Since every movie wasn't making heavy political/moral/ethical statements, it didn't feel like a repeated message.
The movie made no real aggressive move against modern people, modern politics, or tried to conflate all people of one kind into one side.
We hadn't entered the age of "everyone who disagrees with me is Hitler" yet.
