5. Trainspotting - where the dead baby is cralling on the ceiling
6. Alive- the movie about the rugby team who are plane wrecked and forced into eating their friends (I was very young).

The knife scene was something.
My Grandfather in WW2 fought in the battle of the Bulge. He never told many stories of the war but did tell one of that during the Bulge he was in a town, in a building, on a stair case. It was then him and a German. Face to face. Killed the German with his knife. Was told this story sinceI was a kid, then I see the movie and WOW

The scene in Hostel when the asian chick who's face is burnt and her eye ball is hanging then someone cuts her eyeball off and the yellow ooze shoots out her eye....I believe i puked in my mouth.

We Were Soldiers, when the American soldier is accidentally hit by napalm, they go to drag him out by his legs and the skin just slides off.
I also really hate the entire village scene in Platoon, although it's not visually that gory, the whole scene is just messed up.
Good call on the knife scene in Saving Private Ryan also. When Mellish realizes he's in trouble and starts to panic, eeek!! That one stuck with me for awhile...
