Completely agree but it’s going to be hard to fire AD who won recent championships with some hires.

Now if the football season continues this way. MM and basketball have your same run of the mill season. Then football next year has a couple early losses….i think you see a mid season change
Did we get an address or neighborhood yet? For research purposes

Say what you will about Woody and BK hire but he also hired Mulkey and Johnson and maybe gymnastics coach (I don’t follow enough to know who hired him). That’s 3, maybe 4 (gymnastics) national championships. Woodys seat isn’t hot.
Fellow Down syndrome dad. My girl is the best. She’s 6. She’s hard. The hard times with her are HARD. The other times are GREAT.

Looking to take the kids tailgating and a game for their first time. Ages are 8, 6 (with special needs), and 3. Yes I’m a terrible father for not having the 8 year old out there yet but the 6 year old makes things difficult. Anyway, no preference on the game. Seating preference would be stadium club or something not in direct sun and not uppers.

With the news laws that have passed, here’s some things to keep in mind especially if you have elderly parents who struggle with technology.

1: Roofers can not advise homeowners to make a claim or communicate with an adjuster. Therefore all communication will be adjuster and homeowner whether email or phone.

2: Permits are required for reroof projects. To attain a permit you must have more than a handyman license (which is what most roofers have instead of actual residential or commercial construction or roofing license)

3: They are working on a way to ensure homeowners pay their deductible. Farm Bureau already has something in place.

4: This isn’t a new law but is something coming down the pipeline soon. Very similar to automobile claims, there is going to be a preferred provider for the insurance company. They will send the money to preferred provider to perform the work. Homeowner will pay deductible to insurance company (I think).
