I’m about a third of the way thru it. It’s a harsh, beautifully written slog....
It’s just lame to root for teams with stacked rosters.
I like rooting for LSU, and they’re usually pretty stacked. You’re welcome to have your grievance, I get on the outside looking in, rooting for LFC is like rooting for any other big market team, but tell me a more likable coac...
Two bandwagon teams
Man U for sure, but Liverpool is fricking cool. ...
It's a good location and a large stadium. Columbia is close to Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville and Charleston. Plus I'd imagine they're looking for new markets, which almost all of SC is, since there's never been anything like this here before. I've got a ticket and am looking forward...
I plan on taking my boys but I’m gonna wait.
Gonna wait on tix here too. Discouragingly rapey right now. We’re planning a trip to Charleston with side trip to see the match. Can’t wait to see Kade Gordon, Sepp van de Berg, and maybe one starter play! Of all the gin joints i...
Yup, I’m in Baton Rouge on Airline near Woman’s Hospital, for about the last 45 minutes calls have been dropping left and right, and even web pages have been slow to load, if at all. Came here to see if it was doing this to anybody else. I’m happy to know it’s AT&T, and not just my phone. ...

Saw it in theaters. A modern classic....
It’s a “production shot,” and WBRZ uses them in the most bizarre way. It’s generally used to show a cool space where the interview takes place, or as a cutaway from something else, but WBRZ likes to use them to show the shitty closet or crappy living room of their subject/interviewee....

No real commentary here, I just love the movie....
Interview with the Vampire, and The Lost Boys
...
Sounds simple enough and it’s pleased people before, I’m sure it will do so again. If they can’t handle the spice, that’s on them....
I mean for pure simplicity, get a decent store bought dry rub of your choosing, Meat Church, Killer Hogs, Hardcore Carnivore, anything of that ilk, liberally rub down the tenderloins, let ‘em sit for an hour or as long as you can, and probably par cook them to about 135. Or depending on how much ti...
