Zodiac had a scene where the killer tied up a man and woman at the lake and stabbed them. That gave me the heepie-jeepies.

I am very disturbed when Mike (Jon Favreau) calls "Nikki" in Swingers. Makes me feel very uncomfortable.

That scene is almost as brutal as everything else that's been mentioned on here.

One of the killers brags, he can handle the woman with his hands tied behind his back....She takes him up on the offer. They go out by the pond, She ties his hands behind his back, unzips his pants and starts going down on him. Just as he says" oh sweet mama, i'm gonna come" she bites down as hard as she can and starts jerking her head back and forth like a pit bull. Then she spits his dick out on the ground.

Go to about the 6:15 mark.

I work in the industry, and was pretty indifferent to movies to begin with. Kind of like a chef who doesn't want to cook when he gets home, i don't care too much about movies in my own time.\

Similar to the slow knife scene in SPR, One False Move.

The two crooks have a family all tied up with duck tape and one of the crooks very calmly goes around the room stabbing them to death.

The Last Unicorn....all of it.

Wow. I know I have seen that movie and wasn't it a cartoon...some 25 years ago? I would like to see it again. What was the movie about, other than the last unicorn?

What a blast from the past.

My pick...the sex scene in Rosemary's Baby

This thread has creeped me out! It reminded me why I don't enjoy horror movies. I want the action, laughs or fantasy of movies. Death and horror is way too real and I don't enjoy watching that.

I don't think I'll ever be able to forget Roy Munson paying his rent in Kingpin.

Just something else to add to the conversation, the film "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer" is probably the scariest movie I've ever seen, simply because its plausible.

There is one scene where Henry and Otis break into a suburban home and tie up a wife and husband. During all this, their teenage son returns home to see his parents being abducted, and Henry and Otis grab him too. Then they rape the wife, make the father and son watch, and then they kill all three of them. And to top it all off they videotape it all. The scene is shown from the perspective of the videotape, which adds to its gritty, horrifying realism.

Go to about 1:43 into the trailer and you can see a glimpse of what I'm talking about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2bDArsSpCM

Not a horror flick, but in Casino Royale (yes, Casino Royale) when Bond gets the nut shots through the chair, it disturbs me.

Dude!!! That's a fricked up scene. *SPOILERS* I'm just glad that dude busted in before he could castrate Bond.
