The end scene of Cannibal Holocaust was fricking disturbing. Watching a bunch of native gang rape the chick, after they had just disemboweled the other dude... 
Actually, there were about 3 or 4 scenes from the movie that were pretty fricked up.

The end of that movie Alpha Dog was pretty messed up, just disturbs me and can't watch the movie after seeing that part.

The Hills Have Eyes where they made the entire family watch the dad being burned alive. My stomach was turning after that shite. To me that was way worse than the rape scene.
