With a mobile qb and athletic TE (preferably nonhomicidal), the option play that UF ran in 2009 with Tebow, the RB, and shovel pass option to Hernandez.

Need more information if you want a serious answer.
What do I have in my arsenal talent wise? Bear Bryant didn’t have jack caca in 1958 at Alabama so he played everything vanilla and conservative and took absolutely no chances the entire season and wound up with a winning record. But 20 years later it was a different story and he probably could have said “Surprise me” and they’d have scored because they had a huge talent advantage over most people.
What does the defense have in its arsenal talent wise? How good is it at specific spots? Does it have weak points to attack?
What are the defense’s tendencies?
What are the defensive coaches’ tendencies?
What is the game situation? Is it 0-0 in the first quarter? Is it close to halftime? Is it the end of the game and am I playing for the win?
What are the conditions?
What has been working for me? What has almost worked for me? What’s my gut telling me at that particular point in time?
Fourth and one I am muscling up and trying to win the line of scrimmage and gain that yard and if I am not good enough to win the line of scrimmage and gain that yard I don’t deserve to win. Fourth and four there are a jillion potential factors.
