Yeah, the Shepard rant doesn't really make a lot of sense. He definitely wasn't the all world player we expected, but he was a consistent contributor at LSU, and wasn't some total bust like Clifton Garrett. He then went on to play in the NFL for 7 years.
Shocking how long he was able to hang around in the league. He has 700 yards rushing and 600 yards receiving in 4 years at LSU

Arik Gilbert. Dude clearly has some real demons and will almost certainly meet an early demise. Pretty sad

Any recruit that makes it to the NFL, you can't say never delivered. They obviously were talented enough to get there

Did well enough in college to be the second overall pick. Just didn't pan out in the NFL.

Eddie Williams gotta be up there. Robbed a couple of Alabama students and had threesome with his high school guidance counselor

Two from back in my day:
OJ Owens
Yohance Buchanan
Both were hyped to the moon by that idiot Jamie Newberg but they were both terrible in reality. Jamie Newberg was a creepy frick.

Dillon Baxter was all everything coming out of Mission Bay High School. Then he crapped the bed.

Ryan Perriloux accompanied one major thing. He was the MVP of the SEC championship game that vaulted LSU to the national championship that year.
He also has a Super Bowl ring because he was on the Giant’s team or at least the practice squad.

Lache Seastrunk? He was all everyone seemed to talk about leading up to signing day. Then he seemed to disappear after going to Baylor. 8 know he played in the league but he was just a hanger on if I remember correctly.

Speedy Noil.
5 star receiver who did nothing of note in college. I don't think he even made the NFL.
