JB won't burn in hell, but a short jail sentence is probably appropriate. When you're driving you control a 2 ton killing machine and have responsibility to operate it safely.

I agree. I am an a-hole. I try not to be, but sometimes it just comes out.

From what has been reported a jail sentence isn’t even remotely appropriate let alone a ticket. 690 is a horrible highway in perfect conditions. Unfortunate set of circumstances for all involved.

ESPN was going to hold game day at the dome Saturday for duke but have decided to air it from Bristol instead.

Meaning was Boeheim drunk? Should've been more specific, considering our knuckle dragging crowd here.

Does this mean that Jim B. is going to transition to a woman to avoid jail time like Bruce Jenner did?

I had a motorbike pass me on the left over a double yellow while I was making a left turn. Impact threw him into the ditch. He wasn’t wearing a helmet, and came inches from hitting a concrete barrier instead of the ditch.
Crash studies indicate he was traveling at 60+ mph on a 45mph road.

You’re arguing that had he died, I should have gone to jail?

I've driven that stretch of 690 many times. It's dark and mostly treacherous, especially in the wintertime. A disabled car touching all three lanes leaves nowhere to go. The dude was walking in the road and avoiding him would have been next to impossible. A tragic accident, nothing more. Condolences to the family.

I'll be on the 690 tonight for the game tomorrow. Weather wasnt good up here two nights ago so can see how pedestrian was hit and killed.

Also had no idea espn decided to take gameday away? Was looking forward to it
