You're old enough to remember something that happened in '78... And you're still a super doosh?

Also this is not really a "moment" so much as it was an entire game, but I'll never forget this result

Nebraska was the powerhouse of my childhood. Watching this be done to them while flipping back and forth from the LSU/Arkansas game with my pawpaw, who was also very bewildered, will be something I'll never be able to erase from my mind. The entire mystique of that program collapsed that day and they've never been the same since.

I was there with a coworker who played on the 1990 championship team. We were sitting in an area near the Nebraska fan section and when I say they were shocked at what happened in the first quarter that doesn’t begin to describe the utter silence of their fans.

We were, of course fairly surprised too but laid it on thick while they sat very still. Solich was about to have a coronary and was grabbing and screaming at anyone he could get to on the sidelines. Glorious.

Patrick Peterson interception vs BAMA
Vikings TD vs Saints
Saints no call PI in playoffs for go ahead TD
Myles Jack fumble recovery for Jags called down vs Patriots.
All of these had major implications on the teams stated and the entire landscape of the seasons they happened in.
All game altering.

Same. Saints don’t mean near as much as they used to mean to me.

remember watching Van de Velde live. Sometimes I go back and rewatch it. Peter Alliss' call of these 15 minutes is legendary.

Same. The chefs kiss of the collapse was the long putt to make the playoff and his fist pump.
