Its all about recruiting. Stopped after Solich.

Recruiting was falling off hard under Solich, once Osborne's recruits graduated the decline began. Recruiting was the best post Osborne under Callahan, it's unfortunate he couldn't find a defensive coordinator since the trajectory of the program could have been completely different.

If we went to the moon, why haven’t we been back?

It's a completely dead world, the dust itself is toxic and clings to everything. What is the value of continuing with massively expensive missions to go back?

There is nothing really preventing the travel through time

Nothing? How would one go about reaching the faster than light speed required to break causality?
Are you referring to large groups of crows flying to and from their massive communal roosts? If so, in some regions American Crow populations were decimated by the West Nile Virus and are still recovering.
Nice build, should put some gloss coat down to reduce the silvering on the decals.

If 1995 Nebraska had played Peyton Manning or Orlando Pace blocking for Eddie George someone might have made them bleed.

The F14's from then have something called the Phoenix Missile. You remember it I'm sure.

The AIM-54D has been retired for 21 years, 2 years before the the final F-14 cruise, the AIM-120D outclasses the Phoenix in every way.

The Tomcat itself was already functionally obsolete for CAP by 1990 so the Navy modified the Phoenix pallets to hold bombs so the F-14 could fill the gap left by the A-6 retirement in 1997. While the F-14 has an outsized reputation they ultimately were mud moving hangar queens in OEF and OIF and were overdue for retirement by 06.
Yeah, ISW kits were of an acceptable quality 30 years ago before the explosion in 1/350 plastic kits but the molds are tired and now they are only really good for the basic shape of the hull and maybe the superstructure.

Again, bravo on completing the build.
Is this an Iron Shipwrights kit? Amazing work to get it done, I have a few ISW kits I picked up on eBay years ago, I've gotten as far as opening the boxes before putting them back to the bottom of the stash.

Like what's been proven? That the universe is flat?

Are you confusing the observable universe with the entire universe?
quote:

Because you are trying to argue that it's more mind boggling that what we see in the mirror today came from a single cell 3.5 million years ago vs something that is based in fact which is what you quoted from me.

I didn't argue anything in regards to what is more "mind boggling", that is a subjective viewpoint. I am trying to understand what the size of the universe has to do with the first emergence of single celled life on Earth.
quote:

That would be if it were true and provable. Infinite space is though as we know the universe appears (from measurements) flat and not curved which would be creating a loop. So we know from it being flat that it's most likely infinite which is hard to wrap your mind around

What does any of that have to do with the first emergence of single celled life on earth?
As dumb as pushing creationism as a valid scientific theory or publicly funding museums with exhibits showing humans coexisting with dinosaurs.
quote:

Because we learned there isn't shite on the moon worth going back for and it's a waste of time and money to try?

Exactly, the moon is so completely a dead world that even it's soil presents a risk to human health.

Atheists: The earth is 4.6 BILLION YEARS OLD.

Outside of religious extremists the age of the earth is widely accepted by far more than just atheists.

The study of astronomy goes back millenniums and there are plenty of ongoing debates regarding the validity of the Standard Cosmological Model.

Not sure of the Mahomes connection with this one. Nebraska athletics have been sponsored by Adidas since 1995, it isn't surprising they gave Raiola an NIL deal.

Climate always changes and it’s not because of man.

So far no other lifeform on earth has dug up carbon deposits bound for the mantle and re-released into the atmosphere. I am not sure how you can confidently make a comparison to the geologic past.
