The real winner was the hot blonde at the end.

black girl coasted and was hotdogging, White girl never quit. Hopefully lesson will be learned that if you never quit and give full effort that good things can happen.

I think we've seen this behavior before many a football game after a fumble. She died.

This was a 5k?

Old girl was at point of death after a 5k?

Distance running may not be for her.

High school girl that ran a 5K in 16 flat.

You might want to rethink the intelligence behind your statement.

And yes, distance athletes competing to win a 5k race can be completely drained upon the finish. She wasn’t jogging 10 minute mile pace chugging a beer at the 2 mile mark or doing a bar hop “run”.

100%. look at the difference between the 2 runners after. She's either lying or proving why she is the worse runner.

If you're actually racing, it doesn't matter the distance. These runners aren't going at a leisurely pace. They are going all out from start to finish.

One of my best friends in high school won an 800 like this. The guy in the lead, who was part of that culcha, was already celebrating coming around the final turn. My friend kicked it into gear, blew past him, and beat him by about 20 feet.

It was hilarious.

Never talk shite or celebrate until a race or a game is over.

This happens every few years. Some people don't learn from other people's mistakes.

Exactly. These high school girls running 5k in 18 minutes or less aren’t quite like many on here who start jogging 5ks so they can see their member when looking down for the first time in 10 years.
