I can practically guarantee you that no prosecutor has the wherewithal to call the jail up and direct them to psychologically torture someone who was just arrested. Now, the caliber of person working in jails? They'd do that shite in a heartbeat. Take the dumbest, meanest cop you've ever encountered, multiply it by 100, and you've got yourself a county jail staff going.

This could happen but a DA has more important cases and things to do that frick with each individual person that comes into a jail.

There are good people in jail staff as well. Its just like any other job, there are bad people and good people in it.

Or or because of how liability is nowadays when someone says or commits an act in their presence that could possibly be construed as suicidal they have to take precautions to protect themselves from lawsuits should a suicide occur.
I do like me some fruit, how did you know?

Yea and two of them have already pled guilty

Don't think there's been any trials yet, they admitted guilt to law enforcement only...

Maybe he can get the Ray Lewis treatment

Think for most its just the stupidity of it all. He's jeopardized a million dollar life changing career for penny ante bs.
Yes Im aware....just glad to see people get opportunities.
Tbh I wish every player that comes through Bama the best once they leave no matter what they accomplished while here. Same goes for players at other schools, unless they were a douche, and most aren't, I like to see players succeed.
Though I'm not a proponent of drug use in any form or fashion I am a proponent of a justice system that gives people the opportunity to learn from mistakes made. Don't think anyone's life or career should be destroyed because of a 1st time arrest (depending on charge).

Hopefully he can move forward and do great things.

I'm in agreement with this...there are going to be stupid people in this world that are athletically talented. Shouldn't they be able to pursue their dreams? frick classes!
Panhandle of Florida is rednecker than Bama could ever be.
