Jena goes on the road and upsets the defending state champions sterlington
That’s huge, both from a competitive standpoint, as well as for their confidence. Jena has been really good in recent years, but Sterlington has been too big a hill for them to overcome.

Jena has now proven they are on Sterlington’s level, and capable of beating anyone in that division.

I was super impressed with Pop's running and throwing ability. He will thrive in Kiffin's system.

Notre Dame up 30-0 on Church Point at half. Credit to CP for actually having the nuts to play ND. Something Iota, Rayne and Crowley never would do

ND and Iota were in the same district from 1985-1996, with Rayne from 1997-2010 and Crowley for a short time from 2001-2008.

That’s happened several times over the past few years - bullhorns should be banned…. It starts with the bullhorn user saying things they shouldn’t be saying - game management gets involved and bullhorner gets belligerent Leo gets involved - actually happened to a well know Baton Rouge woman 3-4 years ago.

Bullhorns and air horns need to be banned

In the past 5 years I have seen about 10 folks removed from games - all after being warned - 2 arrested for getting belligerent and not leaving when told to do so.

And it’s a growing problem

Edit bullhorns are not allowed in WM’s stadium….. end of story

On that one long TD run he was running away from some pretty damn good athletes. And is it just me or does he have a little Aaron Rodgers thing going the way he throws it sometimes off platform with both feet leaving the ground as he throws?

Seems like the people are the issue. I’m just hating that we’re trying to treat every high school stadium like it’s a premium experience now.

Though I do get it at the 5A level. That’s the downside of being who we are now, that it isn’t easy to play the smaller towns anymore like Loranger

A lack of sportsmanship and decorum shouldn't vary from level to level.....

Follow the venues rules and game managements rules and directions.

A lack of that is how fan brawls start or it spreads to the field.

What I was told. Went to tell him they weren’t allowed. Proceeded to blow it in his face.
