West Monroe has a no electronic noise maker rule. A Plaquemine fan had a train horn electric drill attachment. PA announced reminder they were not allowed. He kept blowing it. Police went to him and asked him to stop. He blew it in the policeman's face. Police told him to leave and he refused. Police handcuffed him and took him out.

It's actually real simple follow the rules or pay the price. I equate what happened to him with a player getting an UNS flag for taunting then getting another AND then DQ'd for screaming curse words at official that threw the flag.... act civilized and you almost never have interaction with LEO......
