Final

Chalmette 61
Lotanger 7

I’m not sure how these games help us other than a guaranteed 10 power points

For as long as I’ve been alive they’ve played at Gardiner Memorial. They share it with Crowley High. When there’s a playoff game and the schedules interfere, ND will play at Rayne
They've played games in CP too - played ECA there once.

The tush push is illegal in high school?
yes it is illegal

You can push the pile but not directly push or pull the runner

Pop did what he could, but it was obvious that he’s not working with much. Not to say he didn’t miss on some throws, he did at times. But he looked like a guy who is trying to do it all himself. And man, that Evangel offense where he lines up in shotgun 10 yards back, it turns even easy throws into hard throws. That worked back in the day when they had better athletes than everyone. Not so much anymore.

I’m not looking past Salmen after how last year ended… luckily we’ll have the home field advantage on our side

but looking at the power points, with 28 of 36 getting into the state playoffs, we might not even need a Catholic League win if we can beat Salmen next week
