Yep.. double edged sword.

Great to invest, but makes you cash poor sometimes
Definitely not always the case… your painting with a broad brush …

Ever been laid off? Went from $130-150k/yr to $85k. 9 years later still not back…

Life’s tough sometimes … sounds like you haven’t experienced what a lot of others have. Count your blessings, and don’t look down on others when you aren’t sure of there situation.

A lot of good people, with strong financial sense, that have to do what they have to do. I’m speaking from experience
My first vehicle my parents bought me: $4k, 1991 Chevy blazer, 122k miles This was in 1997, so 6 years old.

My first purchase: 1998 blazer, 40(ish)k miles for $16k

In the market now for a used truck for my son… no way to find age/miles
On a vehicle for those prices

re: Coat and tie in the office?

I worked for a regional comsumwr finance company 5-6 years back… wanted us to wear a coat or tie… said that’s what “banks do”

These people were stuck in 1995
Pretty much the same every time we go…

1.Pizza the night we get their
2.Grill (burgers/dogs)
3. Go to a seafood shop and load up on boiled (steamed?) shrimp, etc.
4. go out to eat one night

Sandwiches and left overs for lunch
We always stay somewhere with Riki bar/ grill, so will grab something their one day

4 nights is enough for me at the beach, so that’s our usual plan
Drink water

Who wants to pay restaurant prices, then get cold , soggy, cold bc it’s been sitting in a styrofoam container for 20mins.

Unless your like 2 mins from the house, and you get there before it’s ready.
I used to work at a local credit union (Essential)…

These dumb SOB’s would give 125% of LTV, plus taxes, for brand new RVs , to some 22 yo bc he had a credit score in the 700’s….. with only one credit card and deferred student loans..

Then be surprised when they quit paying and wanted to hand in the keys.

Anyone in the business?

Any recommendations?
I’d rather what we got rather than the president actively trying to destroy the country
For the pressure issues…. It could be dirty/old
Filters

Changed mine after 5 years and much better
Exactly- with OTHER teams….,we aren’t winning crap with this core

Get some stats and fill in role
Players later…. If you have stats and contend, veteran role players will want to come play with you
Truth!

But most people on here would do anything to keep Trey and Herb, and win 30 games per year…lol… it makes no sense
You ‘d have to pay me and extra $100k to be a teacher in EBR public schools.

I can just imagined…
Pretty dumb to me, unless
You need extra room.

Saving 2k mikes on a car
You hopefully will put 150k on… doesn’t make sense
Why?

That someone who owns the land decided to cut it down??

You’re a fool if you don’t take that trade!

Just bc Chet got linked by Wendy doesn’t mean he’s still not an all nba player… it’s just that Wenny is that good!!!

And the 12th pick in a loaded draft?
