Angela Murray is back and already inside the BB28 House as a HG this season.

Welp, it was a good run fellas. Lmk when she’s bounced. I’m not watching anything with her.

What's truly incredible is that no one has ever pretended they didn't know this. Ever. Not once.

You must not be around many teachers. Coaches are there 12 months out of the year, it never ends. They truly deserve exponentially more money. Your normal classroom teacher though? They complain non stop about pay while working 180 days out of the year. Then as illustrated previously in this thread, get retirement for 30+ years at 75%. Maybe if they worked until 65 the difference in that money could be paid over their careers. :dunno:

I always wanted to coach/teach. My grandmother who taught for 33 years is the one that steered me away. That's always my answer when friends say teachers should be paid more. Yes I agree, they should. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WENT TO COLLEGE KNOWING THE PAY SUCKS. It's not as though this was a surprise.
Robbing and pillaging the nobles to provide for the poor. I’m sure all of Hollywood cheered for that moment.

I don’t want to look for fear of spoilers. How did they hang the bull back up there with the horns looking like nothing ever happened?
Curious what you thought of Krypton. I loved the show and wish there was more. The Lobo episode was my favorite.

I really liked this season. Just a few small things I wasn’t a fan of, but it’s not my show. Carmy got the stars, but says you got 2. They were all losers and he turned them into unbelievable professionals, yet it was all Sydney. She’s the real deal. Her dish was better than anything he ever made. Blah blah blah.
Does it get better? On episode 3 and it’s obvious Carmie is light years ahead of Syd. So of course she throws him under the bus in front of everyone then still plays the victim. They have a star and they keep wanting to make a terrible character the main focus.

re: What brand of gym shorts do you wear?

We switched from Russell to Evo Shield this year for coaching. Gotta say...massive difference. At first the kids joked and asked if we had on women's shorts because of the length and side. They're definitely much shorter than the old coaching shorts.

ETA a pic of said shorts

Interesting, because it seemed as though Carmie would be out and it would be the Sydney show. She's just not a good character/someone I want to watch. I'll give it a shot, hope it lives up to the hype. I LOVED the first two seasons other than zero accountability Syd making a massive mistake, tucking tail and leaving, then acting like the victim.
One that no one will mention or even know happened really is Terrence Tarver for West Monroe in 1997. Dislocated his shoulder on the last play of the first half. Popped it back in, tied it down/to his side, played the second half, came back and won the game 22-19.

Definitely a stroke and actually a really good portrayal when she's on the ground.

is this potentially the best athlete to come out of WM, JJ

Depends on what you consider for best athlete. Brian West threw 98mph and was called the best HS DE ever by Dandy Don. I will say we've had 4 kids in the last 30 years run in the 4.3s to my knowledge. NONE of them did it before they stepped foot on campus. This kid could literally break the NFL combine record...while in HS...Just an all time level athlete.

His brother just graduated from LSU as well.
Tried. The worst injury ever flopping every 20 seconds only to miraculously be fine 3 seconds after getting up makes it very difficult to watch.

Last update was around 1 today.

When I left workouts that day it was 106 on my car thermometer. If they were on the turf or stadium it can get exponentially hotter.

It happened Monday. It was brutally hot that day.

They ran shorter practices and they had one game per week. It lasted 4-5 weeks and started right when we got back from Christmas break. Not sure about the rules, I attended games but I do basketball and golf so I wasn’t on staff.

Pretty sure that's not legal in Louisiana. You can pretty much "practice" with a helmet on during PE classes, but not after school and definitely not in pads outside of the allotted time.
