Yep. The era of instant gratification and social media allows us to see insane plays at all levels. You don’t have to rewatch VHS tapes of dunks over and over anymore. The thrill of being at the event seems to be losing its luster with this generation as well.
I followed Tiger at the Texas Open one year. He didn’t win. He didn’t do anything insane that’s on YouTube. But I can say that I saw Tiger Woods.

Tiger Woods is one of those special athletes who unfortunately delivered the vast majority of his unreal highlights during the god-awful 2000-2008 480p (or worse) digital era.
It’s extremely tough to find any HD highlights of Michael Vick or Allen Iverson as well. And most of the “good” ones are VHS-era conversions that was ending as digital was rising.
