How do you think this will affect their guidance in the next earnings report? I thought they might bump it up significantly, but I don't know if I would do that with the variable pricing. I would just go with a conservative number and then blow the earnings out of the water if the prices are bid upwards.

At any rate, the auction prices could be the canary in the coal mine, right? If the prices start heading downward, that could be the precursor that the overall demand for AI compute may be weakening.

I don't like this at all, will look to exit my position if we get back to neutral.

FWIW

GS upgraded CRWV to buy from neutral on this dip. They believe the ARR per MW is very attractive and still like the economics of the neocloud business quite a bit.

This is under the premise that rates don’t climb dramatically from here.

The amount of positive news is dizzying - If they can be as subtle as a sledgehammer at earnings and spoon feed this in a form for investors (including financing roadmap) the re-rating will be absolutely ridiculous. Incredible math when you start putting it together

NBIS getting dragged by the META and CRWV news. I still think NBIS will be a winner and hopefully this will be affirmed at the next earnings call. If their capex and debt are controlled and in line with future earnings it will be huge.

That alone could translate into tens of billions of dollars in ARR

That word “could” kind of throws the rest of his posts meaning off.

What the play here? Is there an entry point to get back in now?

I was eyeing below $150 as a great entry but now I’m thinking that $130 will be the entry point. Precious resistance SHOULD act as support now but who knows with how bad the macro environment is right now

Bank of America reiterated their buy rating with a price target of $310 today. I’ll take it.

We will see what it does today, hoping in drops to 150 or below. i am looking for a re-entry point. How far can it go?
