You might be correct. I held off buying at 220 and actually sold some. I am looking for an entry under 205. Hate this long weekend without trading. Could screw me if Meta comes out with a statement that they are not competing.
213.26, I don't think she is done dropping.
It's at 221.6, if it drops below 220 it could free fall to under 210 maybe even close to 200 so I wouldn't go all in yet.
221.50 currently, I am buying under 220, and loading up under 210 if it gets to either. I have a good position but it might be too attractive at that price...

I bought some at 232.5 but am holding off and will start buying more if it starts to dip below $220. I have a decent position already. It's a high beta stock so I am thinking maybe under 210 again but I will buy more starting at 220.

Gino's wins on veal, both the chop and the cutlets. But DG's is good. I enjoy both but find myself at DG's more than Gino's.

I answered it the first time. It went up more under Biden than trump current term. Now let’s move on from politics

Well there is your answer. You are talking about once the Fed took over and started lowering rates and you are also including the Trump bump in October 24'. What I am telling you is that if you compare apples, it is not comparable You are saying you made more money over a four year period than over a year and a half period. Well of course you did, especially if you are DCA'ing (adding to your 401k) into a down market. At this point in Biden's term the stock market was tanking. You would have been down on your investments. We went from early 22' to almost the end of 24' before we hit new highs in all of the index's under Biden.

You answered my question the first 3 times you avoided it.

You keep avoiding my question. I will ask again.

So you keep avoiding my questions. Compare the presidents first 2 years and let me know how you made more under Biden. The stock market was shite in 22 and falling. We are hitting all time highs every other week.

Did you borrow against assets for the downpayment and do a DSCR loan on either of them?

Are you talking about your 401K? You are talking about your 401k aren't you...

FYI DJIA and Nasdaq having a down year

What the hell are you talking about...
Compare this year, his second to Bidens second year. And it is not a down year for any of them. Get the politics out of your trading and you will stop losing money.

I made more per year under Biden than trump. Well paper money

If that is the case, it is because you panicked on April 7 and when we invaded Iran and sold. I bought. Biden had a recession and a over 2 year period where none of the major indexes hit a high. The market didn't do shite under Biden until the Fed stepped in and a good bit of the gains under Biden happened in the last 5 months after Trump had been elected or right before he was elected.
It is not comparable.

It only goes up because of trumpflation

Please explain why it went down during the hyper inflation under Biden around 22'. Inflation was much higher then...
I am exploring investing against an asset for a downpayment on an investment property and doing an DSCR loan for the rest. I was interested in what the best options are to do so. I am 100% debt free, I don't know of these loans you speak of. The entire property will be less than 10% of my net worth so I think I am safe from bankruptcy. I know you just had to say something but there is an entire thread you could have read and received all the information you just assumed..
Thanks for your response.
AI is pushing me towards a DSCR loan with 25% down payment ish, depending on the numbers. Since I am retiring my Debt to income will not be up to par here shortly.
Do you do any lifestyle purchases meaning STR vacation type investments? That is more of what we are looking at.

If you haven't made money since he was elected, you should probably just stick to trolling the Political Page.

sounds like you need to learn how to run numbers on prospective properties.

Thanks but this question is more more of a borrowing question and specific to investors that have borrowed against other property or stocks etc. Not so much running numbers on properties. I own my other out of state investment properties outright and paid cash. I am now wanting to borrow against those properties and stocks to not come out of pocket and was interested in the advice from others that have done the same. I don't even have a specific property in mind at this point, cart before the horse situation where I want to figure out the best way possible and get an idea of capital I am able to work with first. Then I will identify the next location and property. I do think I will do Beach and Not mountains this time but that is about the only direction I have.

Investment house.

Is it not renting or did you pay too much? Or something else? Trying to weigh risk...
