No, just wish I had a little more dry powder set aside. Just blew it on a new car for the wife.

Luckily everything is looking great in the after hours. Just take my word for it and don’t look.

Didn't even look.

Have $300 set to go into brokerage every two weeks on pay day.

I'll look in 5 years when we're ready for our next big purchase

sure but what to invest in is the question. With the drastic political change, who knows what will be dependable long term.

I’ve been waiting for SpaceX to go down some since I heard Musk say that he projects it to be up near 7k/share in a decade. I have some money I’m willing to invest that long. It’s down, but with all going on and being said against musk…is SpaceX a good investment for 5-10yrs??

7K a share in a decade... not a chance. That would put the market cap close to 100T dollars at the current outstanding shares... which there is still massive dilution coming.

Are you sure Musk said 7K a share?

I’ve got a decent amount in bonds and I’m 45. Thinking of moving that into the market but have no idea what to buy. That would also leave me with no safer investments and just HYSA cash.

Yeah I’m sure it’s not gonna happen, but even if it’s a qtr of it, it’s still great. The guy is confident in himself and that’s worth putting something in to see what he does.

MU and AMD are freakin killing me

Just bought more ASML and MU. The chips are sold for the next couple of years, and there are states and countries that will be more than happy to house data centers.

Don’t lose anything until you sell.

Just don’t watch the markets. It’s better than way.

Capital preservation is king. I think a lot of the companies out there have brilliant futures but the sentiment is nasty. Especially for AI and tech. Also, during the next few months the credit issue with AI buildouts is going to be huge.

Look, NBIS and OUST are great companies and winners long term…but over the last few months there is a dark cloud over the industry and I think there’s more downside than upside in the near term.

ASML and TSM are long term holds. I’m still holding those and GOOGL.

Some of the more speculative names are the ones that are tough.

Unfortunately this board lacks of investment mindset. It’s mostly about seeing which individual stocks can make the most money short term rather than looking at the big picture with growth in ETFs and long term investing.

This board is mostly about guys without a bunch of equity trying to get rich quick. It has not been about smart money or investing. More people on here losing money that making it.
