here's plenty of fixer uppers made from virgin timber all over the country... in places you don't wanna live, and there's your issue. there's definitely some money to be made buying (formerly)beautiful old homes for their bones, but you'll have to go into hellscapes that haven't yet been razed.

Present, my whole block was abandoned except for me and my neighbor. And he just left one day. Beautiful bones though, the whole neighborhood. Now it’s filled with families, I refinanced during covid took a bunch of equity out and did a whole house renovation.
Are you telling me I am not right about this or are you just of a mind "well if they are homeless they are some kind of mental cases or loses and their votes should not count anyway"? Every time I talk about this issue it's always the second thing with conservatives who have an "eh screw them. bunch of losers" mentality[/quot

False, if folks aren’t responsible enough to not lose their ID, they don’t get to vote,…….or buy beer etc. just like you or me. Try again next election cycle, buy beer another time. Ever lose your wallet? Sucks for a few days.
I tried the search function and was surpriised there was nothing of note about the kerfuffle over the ballroom. It seems like old news, but Can anyone actually justify spending billions on such a ghastly looking project? The suggestion that it's necessary for White House security is obviously bullshite. So much for using taxpayer money wisely (the "private donors" aren't covering the tab). This rtdiculous boondoggle shouldn't even be an issue, but it involves real money and should be debated seriously in Congress...[/quote

Justified. Next question.

It’s like you keep going to a party when nobody wanted you there. Over and over. Just leave.
f you assume the parameters of the Promethean scholars to be true, Trump just protected "The Crown and the Lloyd's of London" with his insurance offer. Basically subsidized their potential losses. They get to pocket all the premium profits while US taxpayers assume all the risk, now, and US taxpayers will have to pay the costs if anything happens. This means "The Crown and Lloyd's of London" don't have to pay a dime of those costs/losses.[/quot

frick yea! I’d rather spend this money to show our dominance than on trans social acceptance initiatives in Africa. frick you British. ‘Murica. And don’t speak till your spoken to.

I wouldn’t take it too seriously, probably got out ahead of himself. Tough because all of humanity wants to know.

No sir, America first is a little further out than your redneck ball and shite tipped nose.
I’m not, do you want me to shout insults at you like your boyfriend?
‘Why Iran?’
- It’s about time we put an end to death by a thousand cuts
‘ No new war?’
-they have proven themselves unreliable in any negotiations, funding proxy terrorists’
‘Trump is a liar,l Venezuela’
-We shouldn’t allow a government in our hemisphere that gives haven to china/russia, and is a cartel. That government was a cartel.
‘America first!’
-it is in the US best interest long term to have a stable ME. Fact
‘Epstein!!’
-Open all of it and arrest all of them, let the American people know it all

Dumbest fricking voters in the history of voting in this country. I frickING LOVE IT

Do you have anything else to say than ‘They bored for this?’ Much like your ignorant VA post, it seems established New Yorkers did, again, not vote for this. fricktard.
You probably would have had to have that as part of your benefits package. Then utilize it as you go out for a few weeks. Short term is pretty standard. You probably have it and don’t know it
