There were people that made excuses for jordan Jefferson you seem to be one of those 
He can slow up and make a throw to one of those two open receivers. A 4 million dollar starter should if he can’t he needs to be on the bench.

Leavitt has a bit of Nussmeier in him.

agreed. spurrier would not put up with this shite and bench your arse in a heartbeat for the crap we saw. hell at worst give his arse a break and show him on the ipad what he is missing and give clark a series like we used to do with mickey guidry/hodson and we did it a few times with flynn/perriloux. and guess what? it WORKED. change of pace and gave the starter time to see what he was missing.

Our qb definitely missed some throws and some reads for open receivers. However the Oline in the first half was really bad.

leavitt seems to run a tad bit better than JJ but his downfield reading ability is right on pace with JJ, marcus randall, etc. at least at this point in time. get ity fixed or get replaced.
randall used to drive us nuts. that bama 2002 game we had receivers open all over the field. it was maddening. randall was horrendous.

My whole point was that I don’t like calling a college athlete a bum because of poor performance unless they have character issues. I don’t think Leavitt does.

Unblocked DL in his face early in the game sped up his internal clock the whole game. And he already had a quick clock.
