He has huge mechanical issues.
Strikes me as a kid who’s gotten away with his god given ability up until he started playing defenses with just as much or more skill as he has.
Game at this level is simply too fast for him.
Now he certainly can improve, and I think all of Tiger faithful hopes he does. But he’s got a long way to go.

Watching Leavitt play QB would be like watching Jacob Hester play QB. It’s backyard gritty football. But it’s ugly. He has no technique. His mechanics are bad. Nothing is smooth.
To me Leavitt is a very poor man’s version of Taysom Hill. If you made Leavitt an option QB that occasionally threw, maybe it could work. Him as a drop back passer ain’t it.

Nah, mom died during the COVID fiasco. Really miss her though, she was a great mother to seven kids.
