You’re feisty, and I love it. I feel I know you. Are you Stacy, Connie, Kristin, or Sheree by chance?

what was Sam Leavitt looking at on this play???

He wasnt looking at all. He wants to be the hero. Its not bad qb'ing, its a selfish player, who also knows hes inaccurate

Man y'all just not have seen the 2011 team thats inaccurate. They could barley complete a forward pass.

Definitely should have caught that. It was the best bad pass all game.
Phillip Wright or Green would’ve caught that

Sam is a major part of why we lost this game. He failed to make the throws we needed made. You can’t miss wide open guys all day.

The oline did him no favors but once he had time he would either create his own pressure or he would just miss a throw.

He isn’t the only reason we lost and he made some plays that were big time positives.

Baker is the top reason we lost but Sam is second

It surely appears he makes his mind up to run without even looking at these wide open receivers. This is unacceptable and Lane to fix or replace. This was a key reason they lost this game.

I am not ready to “give up” on Sam. I do wonder if he has just always had to play this style in the past. He was probably always the full center piece of the offense. He does not need to be that. His runningwould be a lot more effective if he started by passing and then used the running to move the chains when everyone was covered and respected for downfield

I used to watch the defense play and then turn the channel to another game when the offense came on. No joke.

QB is always going to get the blame when we lose, that’s just how it is.

Say LSU scores that last possession and completes the conversion to tie, onside kicks and hits a FG to win, do you think Chambliss would be the reason OM lost? He was the only reason they were in the game.

Leavitt wasn’t the reason we lost but he’s going to be blamed

Our first 3 drives combined time of possession was less than 3 minutes. How long do you think the defense can play at 100% staying on the field and getting a minute of rest?

Leavitt is not a "bum". He is playing his arse off with a good attitude and lots of effort.

I agree on this part. I want to cheer for him very badly. He just needs to improve

was not an easy throw at all. Yes it would have been nice to have, but there's guys around him and a small window, and he's on the run.
A right-handed qb rolling out to the right should be able to make that throw any day. You're not having to twist and square up your shoulders like rolling out left. A decent high school qb that keeps his eyes up while rolling out can make that throw. Problem is Sam is not anticipating the throw, he had already made up his mind he was running right there.
