Would Kelly betray Daniels?

Daniels is Kelly’s guy insofar as he brought him in through the Portal.
When you take a guy through the portal there is a certain degree of gravity on that move. It’s not like a high school kid who has years to develop. It’s a seasoned college player who has a short runway left to make hay.
Saban’s said it and I think he’s right as he usually is. You don’t want to send the message to portal players that you aren’t going to live up to a promise.
So is there any chance that Kelly doesn’t choose Daniels as his guy?
Would be start Daniels to the detriment of LSU- who he is ultimately accountable to?

If anyone thinks Kelly is interested in anything other than winning…and putting people on the field to put the team in the best position to win…you haven’t been paying attention.
