re: Texas Rangers dome

Beyond fans sitting in left field boiling during summertime games, the Rangers claimed they were losing out on free agents that didn’t want to play in that kind of heat.

The Ballpark was a great venue if your seat was in the shade.

ETA: at least the Rangers have women cheerleaders (my preference) & not males like some other Texas orgs…

He’s almost exact same size as Chad Jones. If he’s anything close to that good…look out.
Was on business in Amarillo recently & ran into a couple from Albuquerque that are friends with Dylan Blomker’s family.

They said Dylan is very excited about signing with LSU.

Told them he would be joining a NC program, & they were aware of the 2025 NC team.

The look on their face when I told them that made 8 NCs total, 2nd only to USCs 12, was priceless.

TIFWIW.
Any worries that either Bide or Serna will transfer somewhere to be a FT C?
Nice work my friend. Will miss watching DC next season, smart, savvy player.
Broadcast said most SEC losses in 1 season since joining the conference 93 years ago.

Oof.
POWERHOUSE down for preventive maintenance this season, will be back online next season.

Points? Do baseball very much?
I just want to see him playing somewhere period.

C, 1B,OF,DH, put the man in.

FREE EDDIE!
Yamin at 1B? He’s 6’5” & has athleticism Yorke will never have.
Too much playing the percentages.
I read that both are performing well per CLK. What are you reading differently?
Don’t understand him not playing somewhere, C or 1B.
Agree, if the kid dropped about 40 lbs. would likely be much better.
I think he could be another Ethan Frye.

Overlooked & underestimated until he started showing what he could do.
Yorke is massively wide & can’t move that well.

EH is proportional for his height & seems very coordinated.
Seems like he had a good day behind the plate, but a 6’5” 1B makes a good target.
