I know it's beating a dead horse but all who complained during the summer feared this is how Daniels would play. Maybe it's because of poor Oline that they felt they needed Daniels or it's some strange love affair with the mobile quarterback. Time to grow up, get away from your preconceived ideas of thinking the best athlete should be quarterback and see who can actually make throws downfield without turning it over. That very well may be Daniels but here at LSU we play for championships, not for a 9 and 3 record

A 9-3 record is basically a championship compared to the shite sandwich coach kelly inherited. If you expect a championship this year, that is your problem.

People don’t understand that this takes time.

We won’t see LSU’s true potential under Kelly under year 3ish.

No it’s time to grow up and realize if we had a guy who could go out and throw 250-300 yards a game with few Int he would be playing.

This mentality is why Nebraska is a shite show and AU can't get back up on 2 feet. People thinking they deserve to be a certain way based on a logo. Ed put us in a hole with OL and secondary. BK addressed one of those well and did an admirable job at the other. Rebuilds take time. a 9-3 record would be amazing this year.

If you dont want to see the rebuild then stop watching LSu football for this year and maybe next. It's happening with you or without you and nobody cares either way.

The greatest coach of all time went 6-6 in year one. Relax.

I think bowl-eligible would be a good season. I’d get way more hyped for the Gasparilla Bowl against a directional school from Florida than that shitshow we rolled out in Houston last season.

I'm not saying this isn't a rebuilding year. Hell if we go 9 and 3, it will be a pretty darn good year. However you can't play scared and we shouldn't play for a 9 and 3 record but play to win every game. If that means going 7 and 5 but our offense begins to gel and players get better than so be it. If you want our offense to progress then we need to play more freely, take more chances. Get the ball out to our receivers in space, throw the ball downfield. This is too reminiscent of Miles later years where we won a lot but could never get over the hump. Yall are like little girls whenever someone gives any criticism, you get all in your emotions.

The main point of the post was just to point out the fear the anti Daniels posts that were abundant after the Spring game and during fall camp. Looks like those guys were right.

Anyone with half a brain knows we were never winning a championship this year.

What have you seen from anyone else that tells you they're a better option.

Did you just wake up from a 3 year coma? Seriously this mentality has to really quit. Apparently 5-5 and 5-6 with arse kickings to the likes of K State, UCLA, Ole Miss and Kentucky didn’t humble some of y’all enough.

Will LSU get back to our former glory? Yes. Does an 8-4 record in year 1 under a new staff mean we suck? No

BK running the ND offense, and bringing that dead weight Denbrock, aka Cam Cameron, along for a few mil free ride is not going to get us far

This is brilliant advice! Someone call Coach Kelly and the team and pass this along! I am positive they never thought of this… ever.

Thats why they went after him, even tho they had 3 pro style QBs in the room. That they HAD NOT EVEN WORKED WITH YET
