In 2026, the 17th-ranked US beat #41 Paraguay, #27 Australia, and #64 Bosnia but lost to # 22 Turkey and got embarrassed by #9 Belgium. In 32 years, despite tons of money and massive growth for the sport, the USMNT has arguably gone backwards.
