SEC was 12-5 against the other big conferences. Big ten 7-5. Big 12 10-6. Other two has losing record. The SEC was still the deepest conference by a significant margin

Don’t care we fired the coach and are moving forward. We’ve won as many championships as Texas AM in said last 5 years and have more in the last 6.

I do not know the contract situations of each, but I bet he’s maybe doubling his salary at Florida. When it comes to money they don’t give a frick about chances of going to the playoff. At least I wouldn’t.

The unfortunate thing is no one knows. Sure Bama had better quality wins, but the also had the worst loss. It’s a major crack in college football that will never be fixed.

They had to make OSU’s game not matter that much other than flip flopping them and Indiana to ensure the other conference games didn’t matter.

I get it. It’s why the group of 5 probably just needs to completely split from the Power 4. They have their own and Power 4 has its own.

Anyone can see this coming. There is a lot more murky water for teams ranked 11-15 as there is from teams 3-6. Expanding it was always going to provide more controversy.
