Then the organization is doing the worst possible job at damage control. If she was probationary and terminated for performance issues, they should be highlighting that and diminishing this other issue.
IF you're position is accurate, they took a normal mundane HR procedure and turned it into a lawsuit.

Nick Saban lost 71 games as a head coach in college. 52 of those losses came before Alabama.
Saban averaged less than 2 losses per season at Bama. If you remove his first season he averaged 1.5.
Seems like expecting them to win was a reasonable position.
I can agree that at times they would focus more on what Bama was doing wrong vs what the other team did right, but they were always pretty even handed in their praise when warranted.

It’s a foundational tenet of our judicial system.
It’s a tough one for sure. But you can also think of it less as trying to get a guilty person off and more of making sure the state meets their burden of proof. It’s a check on the government.

I think if the first wild card team has a better record that the lowest division winner, they should get to choose who they play in the wild card round.

Isn't she a senior? The transfer portal has Joe Blow out here thinking that actually changing schools every year is a common and easy thing to do.
Transferring after 3 years can significantly delay timeline to graduation depending on program area.
She's also an adult. Her dad changing jobs shouldn't require her to alter her life.

There are deadlines involved. They were enrolled at LSU in time to be added to the roster pending the outcome of the court case. Once LSU made it official that they would not be added, it was too late for them to just go somewhere else.
It's possible they may be able to find another school with part-of-term enrollment and roster space that will take them, but that's not a guarantee.
Seems to me that the NFL has done them a favor by specifically stating that they are not eligible to return to the NFL this season.

10/5 is part of the CBA. It could (unlikely) be removed.
Obviously details have to be fleshed out, but I just can’t agree with a situation that exempts current contracts from counting towards the cap. That creates a situation where teams close to or above the cap already can pay significantly more.
Maybe a percentage of of the contracts can count, or a base amount, for a period of time.
