Well, I have a feeling that’s what going to happen in this case as well! “Them’s the breaks” as they say, when you give the playbook away on how to get an ineligible player eligible by using home court judges!

The NCAA appealed the case all the way to the Mississippi Supreme Court, which denied the NCAA's subsequent appeal to block the lower court's decision. At each step, it was determined that the medical documentation was sufficient to let the case proceed,
If anything, Mars is well positioned to comment on cases against the NCAA.
each step along the way Ferris State was denied providing proof that it was not a medical issue that prevented him from playing, he was just getting beat out for the position...if Ferris State would have signed off stating it was a medial issue it would have never gone to court, but they refused to do it...

Rule is 5 for 5
When you deny a 5th year for some , but allow 6th and more for others that’s called an arbitrary decision.

Mars has LDS. If he was in a respectable field they would be pulling his license to practice for his fake case and his mental breakdown that he is going through. He needs help.

Yup. This Mars guy is really disgusting.

It’s funny how the fake LSU fans think Mars is some kinda legal god. Nevermind how wrong he has been over and over on twitter and his big win with Chambliss only happened because of an ole miss alum and season ticket holder being the judge. Chambliss lost over and over until that one judge.

And the funny thing is, they won in the preliminary hearing, but the court docket will not open up for the final hearing until after the season. That gives them the option to rule against Chambliss and act like they weren't trying to game the system because the preliminary injunction prohibits them from retroactively penalizing anyone. Or maybe I'm just still a little pissed about that one.

Wasn't he 1000% sure that Kiffin wouldn't leave ole miss for LSU bc the stuff LSU was promising wasnt contractually possible?? How'd that go

I've been saying that these players won't play because the legal risk isn't worth it.
Is playing one of these former NFL/NBA players similar to Bama playing Bediako last year? Bama went 3-2 with him and I dont think the SEC later punished them.
I admittedly don't have the legal mind to follow all the stuff that is going on with this situation...just asking a question out of curiosity.
