I think this is the worst suggestion ever put forth on this site.
Its close. But the worst has to be the guy who was advocating for fans in Tiger Stadium to start doing European style soccer chants.

I humbly suggest Cowboy Mouth- Light it on Fire.

Imagine that LSU no longer had a DJ. That would be nice.

Yea, op is a retard. Calling Baton Rouge gets everyone up and going and it fits unlike gay Michigan or Florida with their songs.
No need for us to use something that has no tie to Louisiana

Only if we can get Rodzilla to lead them out.

Imagine the entire stadium singing in unison at the beginning of the 4th quarter.

I propose two song options:
When You Were Young by the Killers
Take Me Out by Franz Ferdinand
Nobody is going to be singing along to a song that only 5-10% of the fans in attendance will actually know most of the lyrics to

How about NO PIM AT ALL!
Play anything, just let THE BAND play it.
Those 4 NOTES at the start of the 4th, followed by Neck played by TGBFTL.
At some point, all this pre-recorded
Devil Demon
musical garbage has to be eliminated.
The overwhelming majority of those that attend football games in Tiger Stadium absolutely hate it and want it gone!
How many of you have contacted Rousse, Ausberry, Mallet and Kiffin about this and requested that it be exorcised from the Coliseum?

Tom Petty was from Gainesville, and "Won't Back Down" is on-point for a football game. And it's a famous song that everybody knows.
You can hate UF if you like, but that song is legit. And I've been in the Swamp for it, and it works.

I propose the band sticking to the fight songs.

Calling Baton Rouge is piped in and everyone loves it, but it just doesn't get the younger generation excited anymore and has run its course. It can still be played pregame.
It's really just a matter of personal music taste. Enter Sandman is nearly 40 years old. Yet, Virginia Tech fans still love it. Jump around is about the same age. Yet is has iconic status at Wisconsin.
The fans like Calling Baton Rouge. It's gets them fired up. That's the no. 1 priority...though, personally, I find it a bit funny that it is associated with LSU football when one actually listens to the lyrics. It's a song about a guy who had a drunken one night stand with a girl in BR
I can't recall if LSU does this anymore, but I always like the remade version of Elton John's "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting". It used to be played shortly before kickoff. If there is every a set of lyrics that captures the mood in the stadium, this might be it:
It's getting late have you seen my mates
Ma tell me when the boys get here
It's seven o'clock and I want to rock
Want to get a belly full of beer
… My old man's drunker than a barrel full of monkeys
And my old lady she don't care
My sister looks cute in her braces and boots
A handful of grease in her hair
… Oh, don't give us none of your aggravation
We had it with your discipline
Oh, Saturday night's alright for fighting
Get a little action in
… Get about as oiled as a diesel train
Gonna set this dance alight
'Cause Saturday night's the night I like
My personal choice if I could pick a song to start the 4th quarter..."Welcome to the Jungle". Sure, it is probably overplayed. But that intro is as good as it gets. Even if you aren't a rock fan, I don't see how you can't get fired up with those first 40 seconds of the song
Welcom to the Jungle

At some point in the game, Rocky Theme “Gonna Fly Now” should be played. Preferably at a break in the 4th quarter.
The writer/composer Bill Conti is an LSU grad.

True.
But that song has basically become a Philly theme song. Few outside of LSU fans know Conti is an LSU grad.

If we’re going to be the villain, might as well be the best version.

I’m against piped in music
But 4th quarter song doesn’t fit in to that category. The majority of the piped in music starts 90 min before kick off and it takes that electric feel out of it.
The energy of Death Valley starts with crowd in the pregame and carries over.
Hasn’t alphas that electric feeling from the crowd since 2015 or so
