Makings of something truly special. But the piped in music, will kill it and make Tiger Stadium just like any other mega stadium with great sound acoustics. The piped in music truly takes the fans out of BEING THE MAIN FEATURE, like it was for 100 years prior. We never fail as a fan base until the Last 10 years, it’s been a concert you dance a long and go with the music. That’s fine, anytime and anywhere else. But LOUISIANA Saturdays in Death Valley are made fore fans that have chip on the shoulder, liquored up and pissed off and they are going to let it rip for 4 hours. People are argue it’s the same…. It’s not all

Tiger droppings has a lot of power, next 4 months we need to let it be known if you believe piped in music is ruining the history of Death Valley and just normalizing us to everybody else in sports.

And your birthday present is, no more piped in music.

Like what Lane saw his first time in Death Valley (with bama) in 2015 when #itsjustdifferent was true.

I remember our fans rained hate on both Saban and Kiffin pregame. Very electric.

We have to kill the piped in music or we just are another stadium in sports. It was never broken until now

Both are amazing, if we can get rid of the piped in music. Both End zones used to be loudest part of tiger Stadium until about 8 years ago
Then lets kill, piped in music and get things back where the fans control the atmosphere

Then the piped in Music would ruin it
Yes, 15 years ago and father back it was hostile. It’s sad what we have become. Pretty much a piped in concert. Our new fans have no idea
NC State, better program over last 50 years and had to compete in the glory years of ACC. Would be a huge steal to get him back from there.
Until The piped in music takes the energy out of the fans and directs the energy to technology. Making it more of show than focused on electric atmosphere created only by the fans.

Perfect post.

Sometimes you wonder if there are more people cheering against LSU in both Football and bball. 2026 = soft LSU fans.
Are the guys that represent LSU in the documentary regulars on TD,
The ones at Pastimes?
20% of the piped in music from current times, and the stadium will be rocking.

Piped in music situation
Remember ten years ago when we ever would throw the ball down field.

Things sure go in cycles
Va tech
West Virginia
Oregon state
Washington
Syracuse

Would have been texas if it wasn’t for Covid

So true, only ones I can remember in 2000s

re: Looks great on paper

Yes on paper….

Let’s see what happens from here …
Kelly did great on paper, but kiffin is taking it to next level for sure
what are you talking about? He hasn't played a game yet. Your drinking the Kool-aid way to early. 8-4 in 2 out of 3 seasons, How will you feel about him then?
Yes probably 10-2 to 8-4

Matters how some close games turn out
Hit with “Recruiting violations” …

They fricking murdered SMU here on the Hilltop. No football at all! They brought in forest Gregg and he said shite, we can’t compete in year one back, so they cancelled that year.

It ruined basketball and all other sports. Killed the fan base. Killed the chance landing anywhere decent when SWC split.

They will never do it again, but on other hand you can stroke checks and comeback quickly. They Used SMU as an example. 40 years later you can still see the effects of a crippled fan base that is slowly slowly coming back and building new fans.
Reminds of all SEC football games late 90s to min 2010’s
