Gotta agree too many good players that should b e getting those reps. This isnt little league. Kid needs to sit. Let him play mid week games and find his poise and hitting again.

We are weak at key positions that u just cant be week at. 1b and catcher are very very important. Factor that in that we play sloppy and hit like shite and well u see what u get.
Their receiving skills are absolutely putrid. Either they were wayyyy overrated or they have not worked om their craft enough since getting to lsu.

He wasnt a power hitter. If u go back and.lool at his film he is a contact pull hitter. He is trying to hard to be a power hitter snd is getting under the ball too much hence the pop flies. He needs to get on plain with ball and get back to what got him here....line drives

Well if they are top catchers im Johnny bench. They are horrible. First priority of catching.....catch the fxking ball.

We areTHE premier college baseball program. How is it we cant find a stud first baseman and catcher every freaking year??? And while we are at it a stud closer too. It just breaks my brain
Its amazing how much LSU program struggles to find a good catcher. I understand they were rated high out of HS but I almost feel like Catcher would be a position you would have to go find in JUCO or portal. Very Very rare for a kid out of HS to make that jump. It s a very hard position and requires experience as well as game smarts.

once they started wanting to be paid and treating it like the pros, the "he is just a Kid" stuff ceased to be. They are paid athletes that are compensated very well. Expectations are like the pros. No hate or ill will but truthful critique of performance is allowed. We are paying big money for performance. No different than talking about a Carl Granderson or Chase Young.
We are being cucked by Kentucky. Out coached out hustled out played.

He shouldve been a running back. He was all state on both defense and offense. He was a hell of a running back in HS. Either he didnt get developed or he was better suited for offensive side of ball. His size and speed will get him drafted in the 3rd or 4th round easy.

We always say its early. We are not out of March and pushing double digit losses. We have lost our first two sec series. I cant remeber the last time we did that. When do we start worrying?

I amazes me that it seems like we are the only college town that the media and talking heads seem to always be looking to F/uck LSU. You think Bama media people were trying to uncover pay schemes before NIL? You think media folks in Columbus are trying to screw over OSU. You think news paper reporters in bloomington are running expose's on Indiana. Its like our news media is always out to screw over LSU some way some angle every year!
