Legit question considering the roller coaster of suits and judgements over the last couple of years. Folks are in here talking shyt when it seems that the only people who actually know the ins and outs of all of this are a few head coaches and some judges. But some in here are acting like they’re not learning this mess on the fly just as other court and school personnel are!

He didn’t induce them to break their contracts with the NFL. All of them staid in camp until they were cut and cleared waivers.
if the NCAA says they aren’t recruits then talking to them about anything isn’t within their perview from a recruitment standpoint
Talking to them about suing for eligibility isn’t illegal or against an particular NCAA rule.
Until a court ruled them eligible they were just some former student athletes.
