This is incredibly stupid. They named the attorney general in the lawsuit. Of course she’s going to try to get this thrown out.

These fricking retards are complaining about LSU when they also named the governor and AG in the lawsuit.

I’m starting to believe this is what it’s all about. You have these Universities saying they want Congress to intervene. Meanwhile, LSU is holding Billionaire Booster meetings talking about ways to fund the future. Gotta slow that down while they catch up…..or something like that.

Kind of confusing.
LSU is in negotiations to find resolution in state law suit which they are not a party to?
Article then states AG is filing motion in federal suit.

What an asinine statement about the timing of the filing. The SEC is "deeply disappointed."
You only have 21 days to file a motion to dismiss. The Amended Complaint was filed on September 8. The deadline is rapidly approaching.
I'm deeply disappointed the SEC did not dismiss the damn lawsuit long ago.

What is there to fricking resolve? If no kid can play on TROs/injunctions, then you better start kicking some kids (like Chambliss) off of some teams. But, when you make this about LSU...and only LSU...then it is going to bite you in the arse.
