This was my first thought reading their statement. It's like if I tried to stab you, and then when you deflect my attempt, I say I am disappointed in you for defending yourself. They are the aggressor and are disappointed in the victim not just rolling over and taking it. I cannot fathom how bad the SECs lawyers are that are advising all this. It's one misstep on top of another.

If they have some sort of dirt on LSU, I wish they would just go public with it. At this point, I honestly don’t know what they want.

It's obvious the SEC & Sankey are trying to win through the media & the court of public versus the actual court system. They are trying to play off the low IQ of the average SEC like they are on this mission to save the integrity of the league.
Other SEC fanbases need to quickly realize what Sankey has already done & continues to do is becoming very detrimental to the stability of the league moving forward. He & whoever is backing him from other SEC institutions are playing with fire. Fire that if not contained could burn the entire league down to the ground.

Still incredible that they haven't been laughed out the courthouse that they're suing Landry, Murrill, the entire Board of Supervisors, Rousse, and Ausberry all in their official capacities and positions... But they're totally not suing the University or State of Louisiana.
