AG is seeking dismissal. Still, enough is enough.
Im supposed to be caring about how the Texas A&M game will go tomorrow, not deal with this.
I wish there was something LSU's legal could do to put the SEC on their heels a little.

This is ridiculous. The SEC specifically listed the governor of Louisiana as a defendant to the lawsuit. Did they not expect the Attorney General of the state of Louisiana to seek dismissal. This has nothing to do with football anymore. This is about a few schools who are behind the eight ball when it came to financing being pissed off at LSU is getting ahead of the game. What am I missing here? Was the lawsuit was to stop LSU from trying to stop a SEC meeting that has already happened weeks ago, one which LSU did not stop or try to stop? How is this not abuse of the legal system, at this point?

I’m not understanding their statement that matters are still unresolved. What’s left unresolved? The two players they had an issue with are not rostered and cannot be rostered because our roster is full. Sounds like more pettiness from the SEC office.

Basketball is unresolved, football didnt finalize their roster immediately, and neither has basketball

My guess is they want LSU to accept some kind of penalties for doing nothing wrong, and LSU won't agree to them.

That’s why LSU is moving to get it dismissed. Wade needs clarity and the SEC and NCAA will drag their feet knowing they’re holding a lawsuit over LSU’s head (no matter how frivolous it is).

Ball is really in the ncaa’s court. Need eligibility decisions on the internationals., dent, and clark. I suspect if we get favorable results on all those, rj luis will be dropped without much fight
