re: LSU success...What does it look like this year?

All depends on how well Lane and his coaches can pull a team together with a group of kids that haven’t played together.

Best thing about having Coach O on staff. He wont forget. Duck Texas and the jack arse they ride in on.
Only problem is it isn’t in the middle of summer.

Im pretty sure that was the combined forces band. I am personally pleased the entertainment turned out the way it did. Great move by the event organizers.

Practically speaking all paranoia aside.
Machinery has eliminated most farm labor. I can’t imagine a worse scenario than trying to get any modern person to do manual labor.
Besides the democrats have created the new slave labor class in illegals.

It’s ashamed all that money that was spent studying and testing the grounds under the lake. Money would have been better spent capping and sealing up all the leaking abandoned oil wells in the marshes and gulf.
I’m sort of thinking this might be a tactic to distance Letlow from the carbon capture scheme
It will be interesting to see if this idea is revisited after her election.

global rate of infertility has surged 84% between 1990 and 2021. It further found that in 2021 alone, over 110 million women suffered from infertility, with about one in 10 women of reproductive age being infertile.
Tell me how this is a bad thing?

The EPA relied on studies that were done … in 1996, which is 30 years ago, to make sure that the excreted chemicals in the wastewater and the thrown away pills … would not reach a level that would hinder U.S. fertility rates,
Not sure how the article’s conclusion can be drawn in light of this information.

Voters that vote for these candidates dont bother with this. They listen to information sources that support their candidates. I highly doubt many voters either way are completely objective.

Negative campaigning against your own party members is insane. Why not campaign on the real issues.
Only makes me believe they are afraid to address the real issues.

Somebody needs to get him in touch with Bill Cassidy, and see how Cassidy’s reelection went.

Lots of memories in that old building. I remember how dimly lit it was with drab colors. Cold tile walls, masses of humanity milling around. Spending the night in hot resident dorms in the top floors and eating in the basement. Old men operating the elevators manually. Endless streams of patients in large waiting rooms all with a name entered on a list. Some would wait all day only to be seen in the afternoon. To the patients it was often as much of a social setting as a medical visit. Saturday night in the ER was sensory overload.
I honestly think that building is best demolished. A relic of times best forgotten.

re: St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Randy Smith - Update: ARRESTED
Posted by sabbertooth on 6/14/26 at 11:24 am to LootieandtheBlowfish
Im now wondering what voters are thinking about the upcoming property tax renewal for the St Tammany Parish Sheriff’s office.
Is this renewal going to turn into a referendum on Randy Smith?
Are voters more worried about the deputies, jail etc than the sheriff’s recent behavior?

There has been no personal privacy for the last 25 years or more. There is not one bit of information that isn’t in multiple databases. They can even tell you what you are doing and what you will buy before the thought occurs to you.

Would be interesting to see what credit card was used to pay the tab.

Force an audit of California.
This sequence on vote tabulation would seem to indicate computer manipulation rather than actual mail in ballot box stuffing. The first thing Pratt needs ask for is to actually see the physical ballots that add up to the numbers the computer says are there.
