JBE was doing the same thing I'd be doing in checking in on my LSU Tigers.
John McKeithen on the other hand would have been not only digging but directing and advising LSU what they should and should not do and the result would have been a lot different from the beginning. It would never have played out like it did; Big John would have "handled" things and no one would have ever known....Wade would have coached, Smart would have played. Doubt there's every been a bigger fan that John J. McKeithen.
And Huey Long would have had all involved not favorable to us on the next train out, hoodwinked, gagged, and hell beat out of them.

This reminds me of Jindal weighing in and nixing the les miles firing. I hope Woodward tells these retarded politicians in LA to eat dicks if they try to weigh in on decisions. Louisiana sucks at political leadership.

Sounds more like he was probing for info than giving input into what should be done. Still bizarre that he was texting them that much about it
