I just did some more looking and it appears carnival has another ship outta Galveston called the breeze that does a 7 day for around same price point with the added stop of Belize. Would adding a day and Belize to the trip warrant a ship downgrade in yalls opinion. I’ve read the breeze is great but I’m aware it’s prob a lot less cool than the jubilee.

I've never been a fan of the Belize port stop. There's probably some fun excursions to do if you're into that sort of thing but we typically like the ports where we can just go hang out at a beach club for the day. There aren't many options for that from the Belize port and the port itself is terrible.

Thank you. I’d it true that the included food on seascape is not that great

I didn't find the food on the Seascape to be much different than Jubilee as far as quality. It's cruise ship food. It's never going to be the best meal you've ever had but not the worst either. The only downside to food on the Seascape is there are no "quick spot" places for lunch during the day like there is on the Jubilee...such as Blue Iguana, Guys Burgers...those sorts of things. Everything for lunch is buffet or main dining room.

Not worried about authentic just good. Found some old threads on it but it was a lot of fighting about velveeta lol

It tastes good. Just go with it.
I've been on both and I would say Carnival Jubilee is going to be better suited for bringing an 8 year old. He will have a blast.

However, I don't think you could go wrong the Seascape either. Looked like they had plenty to do for kids as well but maybe not to the extent of the Jubilee.

I don't know how "authentic" it is but Cajun Ninja's recipe for crawfish fettucine is pretty damn good. Everytime I make it people love it. I'm sure you could just as easily substitute shrimp for the crawfish.

quote:

2 lbs of Crawfish
1 Cap of Liquid Seafood Boil
(^^If leftover from a boil, do not use)
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
1 Onion
2 Sticks of Celery
1 Bell Pepper
2 Sticks of Salted Butter
2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Can Mild Rotel
1 Can 10.5 oz Cream of chicken
1 Can 14.5 oz Chicken broth
1 Pint of Half & Half
1 (16oz) Block Jalapeño Velveeta
2 Aluminum Pans or One 9x13 dish
2 (16oz) Packs of Fettuccini Noodles

Heat up a large pot on a low heat.
At this time, begin boiling water for pasta.
Season the 2 lbs of Crawfish with liquid seafood boil, garlic salt, Cajun Seasoning, and move to your fridge.
(If using boiled crawfish, then disregard. You may however still need to season the sauce.)
Chop the Onion, Celery, and Bell Pepper.
Melt 2 sticks of salted butter in a large pot.
As the butter has melts, raise your heat to a medium heat.
Add the onion, celery, and bell pepper.
After the vegetables have cooked for about 10 minutes, add the minced garlic.
After another 15 minutes, add the Rotel.
Let cook for another 5 minutes.
Next add the Cream of Chicken, Chicken Broth, and Half & Half.
Cut the block of Velveeta into cubes, then add to the pot stirring often.
By now your water should be boiling. If so, add a dash of salt and then the fettuccine.
Boil for about a minute less than the package directions, then drain into a plastic strainer.
(At this time, preheat the oven to 350°)
When all the cheese has melted, add the crawfish to the sauce and stir the dish well.
At this point turn the heat to low.
Next gently blend the fettuccine noodles into the sauce. Don’t worry if the noodles are stuck together. They will gradually come undone as the sauce blends in.
Once the fettuccine has mixed in with the sauce, turn the heat off and split the contents of the pot into the two pans.
(Unless you have a deep 10x13 baking pan)
Cover each pan with foil, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Gently remove the foil, set aside, let cool for 5 minutes and then serve.

How does this impact your life enough to want to make a complaining post about it?

It ain’t that serious, son. Take a deep breath.

Lynn Rollins is much more tolerable when we're winning. When the season is as miserable as it has been this year, his corn ball bullshite becomes hard to listen to.

Sounds like an excellent and simple side dish.

Also could be the beginning to a warm, German potato salad which I absolutely love.
Switched to Visible from Verizon almost a year ago. It runs on the same Verizon network I had before and I’ve seen no noticeable difference other than paying a hell of a lot less money.
Hope you're satisfied with the attention you were seeking from this post.

Plating basketball in football stadiums always makes the long range shooting shite. It obviously messes with depth perception You play 99% of your basketball in small arenas or outside. Playing in big cavernous arena messes with their heads.

Michigan was 12 of 27 (44%) from 3 in this same stadium two nights ago.
Just get to the fricking basketball. The teams were out on the court warming up and then go back into the locker room for this shite.
I would rather watch Bad Bunny than whatever this shite is
