It sounds like the SEC was willing to drop the lawsuit

on the condition that LSU publicly admit wrongdoing, accept some penalties, and kiss Birmingham’s arse for good measure.
LSU politely declined.

Isn’t that really all the lawsuit is going to accomplish if the SEC wins anyway?

Wrongdoing?
What rule did LSU break?
This is all about Sankey and not the SEC. I hope he gets canned over this.

The lawsuit is moot in the boot.

LSU should never publicly admit wrongdoing. especially while there is a lawsuit hanging out there. That would be asinine to expect that.

Admit wrongdoing when nothing wrong was done.
Yeah, this isn't personal AT ALL.

Moscona reported that weeks ago.
LSU has already threw the SEC its bone when it decided not to roster those players. The SEC would have been smart to accept that as victory.
What incentive does LSU have to accept penalty? The only threat is expulsion. LSU knows that's not going to happen. Instead, it is going to embarrass the SEC in the courts.

yeah that's a hard no for me dawg. makes me want to play everyone including Luis tonight given it is only a scrimmage just to stick it to them.

judge jorden needs to issue a warrant for skankeys arrest for contempt.
then request change of venue and get it moved to a federal court here from alabama.
sankey needs to be destroyed.

I would have been good with LSU declining rudely.
