Whould that shut people up for the rest of the year? I realize next year would be a new year but for this year you that satisfy most fans?

Bama yes, that buys you one year

But I'm just hoping we keep it under 50 when we're there, let alone think about winning.

Honestly, yes. If the Tigers were to beat Bama and make a bowl game, I’d be willing to let this experiment have another year, but I just don’t see how that is possible given this team was physically dominated on the line of scrimmage by Troy.

If the only win from this point is against Bama no it is not forgiven.

If he can win 7 or 8 games and beat Bama there may be hope.

If you really believe that will happen, you have my utmost sympathy. Delusions of that magnitude sometimes point to early dementia.

What is the point of the question when the team will have already given up by then? I don't know if we come within 50.

This will probably be the ugliest loss in the series. By far.

So, if we lose to UF, A&M, ARKY and one other.....but somehow luck out and beat Bama, I'm supposed to be happy?

Highly unlikely, but never say never. When you use definitive statements that gets you in trouble. I remember an LSU team lead by Hallman went in as major underdogs at Bama and it was reported that specific LSU team would win at Bama only if pigs could fly.
