I’d love a pure QB coach, 1 dude dedicated to that position. Whether is salisbury or anyone.

Does he still like to show dick pics to co-workers? That might make staff meetings kind of awkward.

Salisbury is just more of the same.

I don't doubt that these guys are knowledgeable but are they as well versed in modern offense as the younger guys like Kendal Briles that have been brought up in it for their entire careers?

Why not just go out and get Briles and call it a day? This shite isn't that complicated.

I'm starting to think it might be a money thing. Any other reason is pretty terrible to think about.

What has Salisbury ever done as it relates to coaching? He's a name but mostly for being an ESPN analyst that got canned for bad decision making. I don't see how his addition helps bring the offense to the next level.

Go get Briles and let him turn the offense into an attack on defenses.

Yeah I don’t a dedicated QB coach does much to address the true issue. Could it help? Sure. The scheme and a total lack of identity are your true issues. Until then we’ll do enough to beat lesser opponents, win some of the 50/50s, and lose to the elites

Worst response on TD.

“This guy is a QB guru!”

“I don’t know who he’s developed though, you go look it up.”

Salisbury was hanging out at tailgates for the Bama game and was incredibly hammered.

Who called him a guru? Read the fricking post.

I said working with QBs was his forte. He’s been running a popular camp for years. How that turns into guru I don’t know. I’m simply passing along information.

Except it has never shown in results on the field at any of his stops as OC

I'm a little confused, I know who Salisbury is but what exactly has he done to put such faith in him as an offensive mind?

It’s called context clues....

If an analyst he could put this offense into the 21st century. Dude is brutally honest but you can still feel like there is a connection there. Barring O hiring a totally new OC, I could def see Salisbury being on staff next year. He’s kind of a douche but he’s a cocky douche that knows his stuff.

That's nice but analysts can't recruit off-campus
