We need a real OC, Sean isn’t the missing piece.

Never said he was but hell, I could see us going into next season with zero staff changes... I'm just saying any help we can get wont hurt.

Yeah that’s what I said.

The fate of the Orgeron experiment clearly remains to be seen. A million analysts ain’t gonna make up for a lack of head coaching acumen.

We’re supposed to be excited by this? His Wikipedia refers to him as “an American actor.” No coaching experience. We have a knack for hiring guys out of/never in coaching or who haven’t been a coordinator in 20 years.

hung out with him for an evening at Tropical Isle night before 2003 NCG

I believe this. I met he and Dan Patrick going into the superdome for the game. I have no idea why they were entering where I was bc I didn’t have any special pass but I have a pic somewhere and SS looks like he enjoyed himself in Nola.

Sean lives next door to my buddy in Fall Creek just on the north east outskirts of Houston. Keeps to himself, has a cute wife named Kim, 3 kids that go to private school, and they all drive black cars.

That’s all I was told just now.

Read this article from August. I would say he is a lock for 2019.

This is still SE's show
It most likely wont be after the season.

I predict he'll resign as OC after the Participation Bowl.

SS would be a useful addition to the Staff, but I'd rather Freeze or Briles as OC.

All LSU needs is another bottom feeder. We have way to many hard head catfish on staff already.

I understand it is before the season. It shows that O wanted him before the rumors today.

After letting Saturday marinate, I think Ensminger's problem is that he is too patient with his playcalling. He wants to set things up rather than attack from the start.

I agree, SE is a low risk coordinator, specially against a team like Alabama when getting behind is likely the kiss of death.

It seems that everyone or most want to choose the O Line or SE to blame.
The fact is that they WORK IN SYNC. The OLine dictates a lot of what can be done. Could SE be more creative? of course, but you can not call a 3 sec route when the QB is only getting 2.

So just sling it up against the wall because the guy "has experience", that being the case Ensminger should be your guy since he has tons of experience at age 75. LOL, and you think he did something or other that maybe dealt with football? Solid. Let me help you here. There are reasons for everything in football. Success and failure. First is having the horses. Past that is having the hardest workers, smartest workers and something difficult to prep for due to an edge or an unfamiliar angle. Paul Johnson and his spinoffs have been a nightmare since the option offense has an edge (11 on 10 and cut blocking), it's unfamiliar and difficult to prepare for. So what happened to GT and the young guru Scott Frost who was a genius but is now struggling. Rules committee eliminated cut blocking past five yards, that's what. So he has to get better players and find another edge.

So you're ghey too. Not that there's anything wrong with it. It's just a shock that you're coming out in this thread.

You’re the one that takes it from the Rosy Finch CEO.

But your words are hurtful.

In fact:

“I can honestly say that I can't imagine saying the above to someone. Do you really think that what you just posted is ok? Oh sure you'll come up with some excuse but everyone will know that you are pure subhuman garbage.”

“I wouldn't want anyone to treat me differently. That being said there's a certain decorum that most people would follow and decency would dictate that you not point out that”
