Agreed. What are the odds he’s ruled eligible?

Unfortunately from all the buzz around the roster seems like Luis is the biggest piece of the puzzle imo. Difference between being a top 25 team and a potential SEC championship team

Sadly, I agree, would be a miracle. The NCAA certainly is against Wade, we know that!

In this NIL era this is a question every team asks. Players get paid the same if they are 30-0 or 0-30. I have seen a lot of high priced disappointments across the NCAA and also a lot of brilliant ones too. The hard thing to predict here is team chemistry when they get playing for real.

Sweet 16 with or without him. I’d love to have him but but even without him we should be talented to enough to make the sweet 16 and more.

The NCAA is just checking with the blue bloods if making Will's players ineligible will hurt their own rosters before they rule on it.

I expect them to slowly kneecap all our boys excruciatingly one by one.

We're going to be BIG but we need elite guards, that's what wins championships at the end of the day

This is not going to happen unfortunately. Dude was a pro and won’t be on the team. There are a couple of PGs still available if they don’t get drafted high so if wade can get one this team is not only competitive year one but tourney run competitive. Without an elite pg this team is still really good and could win 20.

What about the guy Texas A&M just signed?

I don’t think there’s going to be any real problem with eligibility on anyone other than Luis. And I have a feeling there’s a play there though I don’t know what it is.

Regardless, without Luis, we’re clearly a tournament team.

Wade isn’t done yet either. He didn’t build this monster front court to handcuff himself at guard. He always wants a go to 1 on 1 scorer and he’s going to get someone. Even if we close on Madar and Madar is that guy he’s going to get someone else to handle the ball and facilitate.

I think the play is most likely the Trinidad Chambliss method.

Surely Wade's buddy Landry has a judge that owes him a favor for situations like this.

We ARE talking Louisiana politics here.

The guy was drafted and signed by at least 2 NBA teams. If hes ineligible, it won't be a vendetta move by NCAA.
Guy needs to go away. He's not an amateur and no good for the sport

The answer is very good…I think there’s a decent chance that they will be eligible. Of course the NCAA has hated LSU since Coach Brown called them Nazis and LSU will probably have to go to court to get some of these guys eligible One more thought…
any Will Wade coached team will be good because he is a great motivator and is also really good with the xxx’s and ooo’s part of the game…

Mid-tier in the SEC. Nobody blows you away scoring wise. Our best hope is that one of these guys turns out to be like McKinnon.

Yes, that’s the “best” hope.

Btw, it’s MacKinnon.
