LSU just spent $130 million dollars to hire a coach with even less accomplishments than Deboer.

Yeah because Deboer's in high demand after those 28-7 and 38-3 pastings at the hand of Georgia and Indiana in 2 of his last 3 games :moon:
quote:

It is a wash. Alabama has averaged 31.7 offensive points per game under Deboer. Over the same 2 seasons Texas under Sark has averaged 31.8.

Alabama's run game last year was historically bad, bad nationally in total rush yards and bad in ypc, outside of the top 100, ranked about the same as LSU

Granted, Texas' run game wasn't "good" or great by objective metrics but at least last year they ranked in the top 100 rush offenses and averaged over 4 ypc

I will grant 2024's rush offense was a wash but let's be honest: a lot of Alabama's rush numbers were attributed to what Milroe did with his legs and that kept defenses honest from stacking the box, wasn't really a traditional rushing offense
I can see Kentucky with what all they're investing in the program concurrent with the hire of Stein and him bringing in Minchey from ND

Won't be an easy out for any of the SEC's big dogs this season

For the past nearly 40 years, Bama very rarely gets blown out like they did in the Rose Bowl. I think those hoping for that will be greatly disappointed.

I mean it's a trademark of Kalen's teams, they squared up against an all-time great Michigan team and their Joe Moore Award winning offensive line got destroyed

they squared up against a below-average OU team with Jackson Arnold at QB and a playoff spot almost locked in and got demolished 24-3 and it could've been worse

they CLEARLY weren't ready to play a highly motivated FSU team week 1 and we all saw how that went

they got away with a ton of close wins in 2025 Kalen DeBoer 2023 Washington style then got belt to arse so badly in the SEC title game against a UGA team seeking vengeance and boy with -3 rushing yards surrendered they got it

and the ultimate embarrassment for a P4 legendary program getting absolutely destroyed vintage Bama Saban style by Cignetti-coached Indiana in the playoff, they completely looked like they didn't belong

LSU's relevance is based on hiring a coach more interested in social media than game planning - and a tarmac adventure.

You not see what he did for Ole Miss the last 6 years and he brought Glasscock, Weis, AND Kevin Smith with him to Baton Rouge? dude your crimson tide colored glasses are thick to be saying that shite
quote:

He cost LSU boosters $130 million dollars. So I am happy too!

Yeah like we were going to spend a premium on a coach who couldn't even run for positive yardage against Georgia in the SEC title game nor score a touchdown against Indiana

You can keep his arse and Grubb's since Grubb's the real problem, keep them forever
That's it!

If I have a child accomplished enough to get a full ride to UGA, I am sending their asses there baby!

BigAL Golesh

Bro as much as the rest of the college football universe hates Alabama and wishes they would fall to average relevance ie where the top tier non-blue bloods are

Keeping their asses in your mouth ensures their sustained relevance just keep them out of your mouth unprovoked
quote:

I don’t blame LSU, Georgia, and Auburn fans for hating Deboer. He is a combined 6-1 against them.

Does he have a championship ring?

Until the 2012 title game, Les Miles was 3-2 against Saban, all about the long game
quote:

I am betting that LSU will miss the playoffs this season and Alabama will make it once again this season.

With Alabama's easy as shite schedule they should, Jesus basically all their hard games are at home and you know they always get home cooking from the Birmingham office
quote:

Lanes resume isnt anywhere close to Kalens either.

Comparing apples to oranges here

Kalen inherited the most stacked and legendary program in the nation from Nick who still keeps an office at the stadium and sits with Byrne at UA basketball home games

Lane inherited an (at the time) shitty Ole Miss program and made it one of the best football programs in the country year in and year out without the built-in recruiting and brand advantages Kalen has with Nick and Bama's NFL draft track record

quote:

The only one is Kirby. You could possibly make an argument for Sark, but Kalen is 2-0 against him.

Venables has also beaten Kalen twice, if we're using that logic, Venables has that advantage over him.

Also, for context's sake, Kalen beat Sark the first time with a hot Washington team on a 6-game winning streak and that was an 8-4 Big 12 Texas team at the time while Sark was rebuilding the program. Not exactly equals playing equals Mano a Mano there. The Sugar Bowl semifinal Kalen barely beat Texas that game. All comes down to this: whose offense you want your team running? Kalen's or Sark's? I thought so.

Also, Sark has a better record than Kalen the last 2 years

quote:

He's also beaten Kirby twice.

I'm sure that bothers Kirby daily while he polishes his back to back SEC championship rings
quote:

I think DeBoer is a lot like Dabo. We will be one of the youngest teams in the country.

I mean they have arguably the easiest SEC schedule out of the entire conference, 8-4 with that type of team should be the floor should the refs actually call the games fairly

LSU's doing basically the same exact thing with their current young transfers and recruits for 2026 and 2027 but the Lane Train proceeds undeterred
quote:

2002 - 10-3, top 15 finish (Coaches poll)

That team beat the shite out of LSU in Death Valley that season 31-0

Saban's worst loss as a college head coach
quote:

What other signs of the impending collapse have you noticed?

They've become Washington-South under CKD

Maybe the signs were already there in Nick's last season, they struggled for a lot of those wins after the Texas loss whereas in past years they just pounded people into the ground

This time it's different as they're an effective passing team like they were in Washington's 2023 season but the run game is non-existent and when those Kalen DeBoer teams played vintage Saban-type teams like Michigan and Indiana, they got belt to arse and hit bottom with -3 rushing yards against UGA in the SEC title game
Hopefully this year at home

And this time, we DON'T rush the field because it's just another Saturday for LSU football

Your attempts at lying to cover that up is pathetic, you clearly named your topic

to talk shite, got called out, and edited your title to try to save face then lied about it

You meant for this to be a shite talking topic. Stand by it.

1000%

Posting a news segment and a police memorandum is now considered talking shite to LSU fans. Fascinating.

You edited your title from

More LSU Trash

to

quote:

Former LSU RB Richard Murphy suspected of double vehicular homicide

because we rightfully called you Bammers out on your hypocritical bullshite, kick rocks!
quote:

That's one way to defend a double homicide.

He played for LSU! He's family! Screw those two innocent people he murdered! At least he didn't play for Alabama!

Horrible reading comprehension skills on your part, not defending anything but don't be talking shite when both Terrion Arnold and Josh Jacobs have been arrested for very serious crimes

Your rap sheet is continuing to grow, hypocrisy
